Randy MacLeod 73f8baa8d8 valgrind: drop mips n32 support
valgrind for qemumips64 multilib builds fails to configure
for libn32 with the error:
   configure:6190: checking for 32 bit build support
   ...
   fatal error: bits/long-double-32.h: No such file or directory
It seems that the toolchain is producing:
   tmp-glibc/sysroots-components/mips64-n32/libn32-glibc/usr/include/bits/long-double-n32.h

Until the toolchain problem is resolved, skip valgrind for libn32.

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
