Joshua Watt 93efbb5548 bitbake: server: Fix early parsing errors preventing zombie bitbake
If the client process never sends cooker data, the server timeout will
be 0.0, not None. This will prevent the server from exiting, as it is
waiting for a new client. In particular, the client will disconnect with
a bad "INHERIT" line, such as:

    INHERIT += "this-class-does-not-exist"

Instead of checking explicitly for None, check for a false value, which
means either 0.0 or None.

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
