The changes to common files for the ARM EABI port; search the new directory, use GLIBC_2.4 as a base version, and generate ld-linux.so.3 (so that old and new ABI libraries can be installed on the same system, in case someone needs to do that). Generic ARM changes coming up next.

I noticed that the "configure: Regenerated" messages are often left out of glibc changelogs; should I skip them?

unused arm32 entry from $machine.
* configure: Regenerated.
