Bruce Ashfield b44f3d0d70 linux-yocto: perf: Make perf able to build with latest libbfd
Khem pointed out that we need to backport the following change to get
perf building with the latest binutils:

commit 0ada120c883d4f1f6 upstream:

[
    Subject: perf: Make perf able to build with latest libbfd

    libbfd has changed the bfd_section_* macros to inline functions
    bfd_section_<field> since 2019-09-18. See below two commits:
      o http://www.sourceware.org/ml/gdb-cvs/2019-09/msg00064.html
      o https://www.sourceware.org/ml/gdb-cvs/2019-09/msg00072.html

    This fix make perf able to build with both old and new libbfd.

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
