Otavio Salvador d96f1d2379 go-dep: Upgrade 0.3.2 -> 0.4.1
The release was announced in Jan 24th 2018 and provides a number of
features and bug fixes.

The 0.4.1 restores the `dep prune` command support, which was dropped
on 0.4.0, so existing scripts will continue to work. That said, it is
advisable to change the scripts to use the new features of `dep
ensure` as `dep prune` will be removed in future.

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
