Daniel Díaz e8df58c07a glibc: Make bits/wordsize.h multilibbed again
As reported by ChenQi, leaving bits/wordsize.h out of being
multilibbed introduced a problem in building the SDK for
arm64:
  Error: Transaction check error:
    file /usr/include/bits/wordsize.h conflicts between attempted installs of lib32-libc6-dev-2.27-r0.armv7vet2hf_vfp and libc6-dev-2.27-r0.aarch64

This effectively reverts commit a74c77d6.

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
