Yi Zhao f2df8011af iptables: fix invalid symbolic link for ip6tables-apply
The iptables-apply is not installed which makes ip6tables-apply as an
invalid symbolic link:

$ ls -l /usr/sbin/ip6tables-apply
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 14 Jun 11 08:27 /usr/sbin/ip6tables-apply -> iptables-apply
$ ls -l /usr/sbin/iptables-apply
ls: cannot access '/usr/sbin/iptables-apply': No such file or directory

Backport a patch to fix the issue.

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
