ff091e73b6 wesnoth: fix build for recent oe-core 
* use pkg-config instead of sdl-config
* fix package qa by adding bash and python to RDEPENDS
* add ALLOW_EMPTY_${PN}-all-campaigns = "1"
* fix wsnoth-sof: Sceptre_Of_Fire was renamed to Sceptre_of_Fire
* fix wsnoth-thot: The_Hammer_Of_Thursagan was renamed to The_Hammer_of_Thursagan

f1f18cea23 supertuxkart: update 0.9.2 -> 0.9.3 
While we are at it do major rework:

* Fix LICENCE
* Fix FILES
* Select OpenGlesv2 by default - BSPs can ovveride this selection
* Add wayland PACKAGECONFIG enabled by distro

OE-Core's commit 929ba563f1bc7195c4981b8e139c432b2cc388ea removed
image-vm.bbclass. Images were not tested but if the commit message was read
properly, the image creation job should be done by replacing image-type vdmk
by wic.vmdk.

Interesting: libsdl-net is prepared well for using pkg-config to find SDL.

070b2864c5 supertux2: force build with tailored physfs 
In preparation of 0.5.0 of supertux I sent supertux's version of physfs to
meta-oe. No I fund out, that other packages don't work with that version. So
I will send a patch to meta-oe to go back to old version of physfs.

To make supertux work again force it to use it's own version of physfs as
static library.
