3d2d9954da Add recipe for Noto CJK fonts 
Massively increases the image size, but without those the CJK modes of
QtVKB don't show anything useful.

c2d0072392 Add ttf-noto fonts 
Summary:
Because plasma recommends noto
No other meta-layer seems to package this
Versions and install commands copied from current Arch linux packages
