packagegroup-gui-tiny: remove ntp & ntp-utils

* systemd-timesyncd is good enough for us * seems ntp breaks switching off and on network sync. Once performed, time is never synchronized again Signed-off-by: Andreas Müller <schnitzeltony@gmail.com>
