937fb6a41f base-files: remove all extra files 
The lock extension caused really really nasty issues. In my case I was
sometimes unable to open serial ports after power up.

e5a2191daa angstrom-feed-configs.bb: don't replace opkg-collateral 
opkg-collateral no longer exists in oe-core but the opkg recipe now
provides opkg.conf and RCONFLICTS, RREPLACES, RPROVIDES opkg-collateral.

When angstrom-feed-configs also RCONFLICTS, RREPLACES, RPROVIDES
opkg-collateral this results in the opkg package being removed during
do_rootfs.
With the missing opkg run_postinstall then fails to run postinstall scripts.

9c733d8cda packagegroup-qt5: remove qmlbrowser 
its not found in general layers but only in atmel BSP layer
so it should move out from here may be added as a bbappend from bsp
layer

baaf5b1722 angstrom: Fix access using empty root password 
We are not able to login into angstrom images now
since many chnages has gone into upstream OE-core
drop libpam change to drop secure nullok

add empty-root-password to EXTRA_IMAGE_FEAUTURES
it should actually be controlled and added only for
debug images, but thats for production folks
