b63c87cb31 angstrom/conf: Add systemd to DISTRO_FEATURES 
OE-Core wants systemd to be in distro features
to leverage the systemd infra from Core

secondly in OE-Core there is not build time dep on
update alternatives see 56a59ef12936dcc6464cf1d43dda6957a5aa8c65
update-alternatives now needs to ask for opkg
we were wrongly asking for update-alternatives-cworth
which is a runtime package.

d8f5837be1 angstrom-core-tweaks.inc: Delete XSERVER definition for qemux86 and qemux86-64 
Additionally kernel26 has been dropped from Features so there is no
point of checking for it. Instead weakly define IMAGE_DEV_MANAGER ?=
"udev"

939af15d3f base-files: remove ${sysconfdir}/tmpfiles.d/var-run.conf 
Fix conflict with systemd's version of the same file causing errors at
do_rootfs like:

|  * check_data_file_clashes: Package systemd wants to install file /home/andreas/tmp/oe-core-eglibc/work/overo-angstrom-linux-gnueabi/xfce4-full-image/1.0-r0/rootfs/etc/tmpfiles.d/var-run.conf
|       But that file is already provided by package  * base-files

719321ae89 omap3-mkcard: Remove hardlink and add LIC_FILES_CHKSUM 
Instead of hard linking omap3-mkcard.sh refer to it
using FILESPATH. This avoids the parse warning

WARNING: Unable to get checksum for omap3-mkcard SRC_URI entry
omap3-mkcard.sh: file could not be found

e74401d79f angstrom: Add weak definition for MACHINE_KERNEL_PR 
MACHINE_KERNEL_PR's use it not consistent across all
machines. Angstrom supports all kind of machines and
sometimes we would like to have multiple machines
in which some may use it and some may not.
