Khem Raj 0b45697cf2 angstrom-2010.x.conf: Lock more gcc and binutils based recipe versions

These versions are new in oe-core so we need to lock their versions
as well

This layer depends on:

URI: git://git.openembedded.org/openembedded-core branch: master revision: HEAD

It is recommended to follow the instruction at http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/building-angstrom with one important difference:

After "Step 1" go into the newl created 'setup-scripts' directory and do

git checkout origin/oe-core -b oe-core

This will set it up for the OpenEmbedded-core layout instead of the old OpenEmbedded-dev layout.
