Andreas Müller 725912c5fa Image tweaks

* replace packagegroup-basic by packagegroup-base (otherwise
  DISTRO_EXTRA_RDEPENDS / DISTRO_EXTRA_RRECOMMENDS won't apply)
* full linguas for full images only
* make strace/procps  unconditional recomendation

This layer depends on:

This layer contains my working branches. In them many recipes, appends and packagefeed support were removed. Although not recommended, feel free to use but please don't ask questions particularly not at angstrom mailing list.
