Koen Kooi 7e1b2950d9 base-files: add sysvinit compat

/var/run and /var/tmp are now tmpfs, using bindmounts where possible. This fixes the daemon-does-not-start-after-reboot issues.

This layer depends on:

URI: git://git.openembedded.org/openembedded-core branch: master revision: HEAD

And for testlab.bbclass:

URI: git://git.openembedded.net/meta-openembedded branch: master revision: HEAD

It is recommended to follow the instruction at http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/building-angstrom with one important difference:

After "Step 1" go into the newl created 'setup-scripts' directory and do

git checkout origin/oe-core -b oe-core

This will set it up for the OpenEmbedded-core layout instead of the old OpenEmbedded-dev layout.
