on machines not supporting x11-egl (Raspberrypi / TI armv7) kdeclarative fails
to build. By this option we get the chance to build the library for these
machines and still suppprting many games.

Complaints introducing this in oe-core are correct: we cannot assure that
native build is same as cross one.
Correct strategy should be to fix kwallet so that it detects flavors of gpgme
by pkg-config (libs?)
