Andreas Müller 84bee3847e sddm: upgrade 0.17.0 -> 0.18.0

SDDM has added a new configuration file handling: it can combine multiple
configuration files '/etc/sddm.conf.d'. To enable further configuration
alignments/overrides we just ship a very basic configuration.
