e250dc0aca vice: enhance and cleanup 
* cleanup DEPENDS
* fix install location of c64 icon
* configure with --enable-fullscreen / --with-uithreads / --without-oss by default
* depend on gtkglext for x1 and opengl in DISTRO_FEATURES
* add PACKAGECONFIG for pulseaudio - disabled by default

7a36f54e17 mame: do install binaries and use more system libraries 
This version was run tested on raspi2 - unfortunately even 8bit games are
terribly slow.

c31dfb3236 stella: add 4.6.1 
this is a grab of [1]. Looking into this layer I get the feeling that there are
not many machines playing well with that layer and updating sdl -> sdl2 dependency
whould not be appreciated much.
