bae6c3c9d9 Add Baloo recipe 
Summary:
This fails to build for me with the Qt 5.8 you get from master meta-qt5,
due to issues with the qdbuscpp2xml generator. Using v5.9.1 from TQC's
meta-qt5 works fine though.

b4a58bb447 Add KDeclarative recipe 
Summary:
This requires Qt to be built with qml-debug enabled atm, without that
KDeclarative fails to link. Looks non-trivial to fix, the necessary
defines seem to be missing in the Qt5 cmake config files.
