classes: Move classes to match bbclass scope functionality

Move classes to classes-recipe as appropriate to match bbclass
scope functionality.

zephyr.bbclass, zephyr-qemuboot.bbclass, zephyrtest.bbclass are
inherited by recipes hence move to classes-recipe.
