0eeb976f29 angstrom: switch to YYYY.MM in distro version 
This avoids changing SDKNAME daily, which triggers too much sstate invalidations

0b45697cf2 angstrom-2010.x.conf: Lock more gcc and binutils based recipe versions

17ecf9dacf angstrom.bbclass rename to angstrom-blacklist 
originally I had another couple of utility functions in this class but
I removed them before pushing upstream. Rename now so its purpose is
clearer.
