0e648c2ff0 kcrash: Depends on libxcb 
Unfortunately kcrash demands libxcb, otherwise the build will fail
in kcrash.cpp, line 271 because the function won't return.

Apparently there is no ifdef for Wayland, it appears kcrash works
only on X11, macOS and Windows.

01ad942b92 Move lxqt-l10n dependency to lxqt-world 
Avoid pulling in liblxqt when a package requires a library that
doesn't necessarily need lxqt-l10n such as libqtxdg.

69014f6b87 greenisland: add CMAKE_ALIGN_SYSROOT entry for ${base_libdir} 
Same here: This change was caused by systemd update -> 232 and should be
compatible to elder environments (ok - a warning is created).

f52a1b8aeb cmake_auto_align_paths.bbclass: rework 
* search the whole build directorty
* change files in ${base_libdir} too

Changes became necessary by update of systemd to 232 (libudev.so -> /lib)and
should be compatible to elder envioronments (e.g morty).
